SPS Rider Training was established in April 2010.

The Advanced Rider Development company is run by Simon Smith.

He currently lives in Banbury Oxfordshire, with his wife Teresa & their young son Finley.

A keen motorcyclist for many years, Simon has riden everything from scooters through to 1000cc sports bikes, cruisers & more recently 'off-road' bikes.

Simon has worked with training schools in the Northamptonshire area and is now  affiliated with training schools in the Oxfordshire and Milton Keynes areas. Both of which are recognised centres of excellence.

His calm and patient manner comes across straight away when he is training. Nothing is too much trouble!

Simon is one of the region's most qualified instructors:

• Cardington assessed CBT and Direct Access Instructor.
• BMF 'Blue Riband' Instructor / Assessor, having been trained and ratified by the B.M.F.R.T.S. Blue Riband National Co-ordinator and training staff.
• Enhanced Rider Scheme Instructor.
• Register of Post Test Motorcycle Instructors (RPMT).
• Holder of the BMF 'Blue Riband' Award.
• RoSPA Gold  Advanced Riders Award.
• IAM Advanced Rider Award.
